FORA delivered this extension refurbishment in early 2024. Works included the demolition of the existing structural facade and extending the building footprint to accommodate new tenancy space, new lift, level 1 balcony and supporting roadworks. Works were delivered alongside an active supermarket and busy commercial precinct.

The building works included:
