FORA has delivered Pembroke Stage 2, transforming underutilised maintenance areas into vibrant, functional spaces that redefine recreational learning opportunities for Pembroke Middle School. Engaged under an ECI model, FORA collaborated closely to integrate service scopes with detailed landscaping, structural, and civil documentation.
The building works included:

• Demolition and site preparation
• Stormwater redirection
• Installation of a new structural hit wall and basketball court
• Custom-painted sports surfaces, feature steel and aluminium canopies
• New fencing
